🌏 Happy Ground Featured in Echoing Green’s 2024 Social Impact Talent Report

We’re honored to share that Happy Ground has been featured in the 2024 Echoing Green Social Impact Talent Report, a global recognition of emerging leaders and ventures driving systemic change across climate, food, health, and equity.

Echoing Green’s annual report spotlights visionary changemakers from around the world—those building bold, community-rooted solutions to some of the planet’s most urgent challenges. Being named in this year’s cohort places Happy Ground alongside other rising organizations working at the intersection of innovation, impact, and justice.

A Spotlight on Climate + Agriculture Innovation

Happy Ground was featured for our work in regenerative agriculture and carbon removal, specifically our efforts to:

  • Empower smallholder farmers with access to biochar-enhanced farming systems

  • Reduce PM2.5 air pollution from agricultural burning

  • Build data-driven tools for carbon traceability and supply chain insetting

  • Use carbon finance to subsidize regenerative practices at the farm level

Our inclusion in this global list affirms that farmer-first solutions have the power to lead climate action at scale—especially when paired with smart technology, equity-centered design, and deep local partnerships.

Community-Driven Change with Global Relevance

At Happy Ground, we don’t believe innovation must come from labs or boardrooms. We believe it begins in the field—with the hands of farmers, the rhythms of the seasons, and the urgency of lived realities. What we’re building isn’t just a product or a platform—it’s a new way of working across climate and food systems, where the frontline communities are also the front-runners of change.

“Being featured by Echoing Green is deeply meaningful—not just for us as a team, but for the thousands of farmers we work with across Thailand,” said co-founder Moh Suthasiny. “It reminds us that local solutions rooted in justice, equity, and resilience can shape global systems.”

What Comes Next

With this feature, we’re even more energized to keep scaling our work—partnering with corporations, researchers, and government bodies to co-develop regenerative, measurable, and inclusive climate strategies from the ground up.

We’re grateful to Echoing Green for lifting up grassroots climate leadership and for creating a platform that celebrates talent driven by purpose and integrity.
